Your role:
Join Terras as Events Manager to orchestrate world-class gatherings for senior sustainability executives. You'll manage all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring flawless experiences that reinforce our position as the premier platform for sustainability leadership. This role combines strategic event design with meticulous operational execution in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
Your responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate venues, vendors, and logistics for events across Europe, the US, and Asia; manage timelines and budgets while maintaining premium standards.
- Attendee Experience: Oversee registration, travel coordination, and on-site management to deliver seamless experiences for C-level executives.
- Vendor & Venue Management: Negotiate contracts, manage relationships with hotels, caterers, and service providers across multiple countries.
- Operations Excellence: Develop and refine event playbooks, checklists, and processes to ensure consistent quality as we scale.
- Partnership Coordination: Collaborate with sponsors and partners on event integration.
Your profile:
- Sharp analytical thinker and self-directed with the ability to thrive with minimal guidance and consistently exceed expectations.
- Events expertise with proven track record in executive-level event management, hospitality, or conference production.
- Quality-focused approach combining strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution that prioritizes excellence over volume.
- Communication and cultural sensitivity with excellent written and verbal English skills and ability to navigate international, C-level environments.
