Day 1 - Welcome and immersion

Terras Tuscany 2025 begins with insights on community-led climate action from Gregg Meyer (Steve Madden), followed by a panel on supply chain decarbonization with leaders from Estée Lauder, Rewind, Kearney, and 2150. Kurt Harrison (Russell Reynolds) closes with a keynote on the future of sustainability leadership.

Day 2 - Engagement

The day includes curated networking activities, a shared gala dinner under the stars, and ends with a keynote from Nancy Mahon on leading beyond ESG.
