Attendees joined workshops, panels, and masterclasses focused on sustainability leadership, peer exchange, and practical insights they could take back and apply in their own organizations.
Terras Tuscany 2025 kicked off with insights on community-led climate action from Gregg Meyer (Steve Madden), followed by a panel on supply chain decarbonization with leaders from Estée Lauder, Rewind, Kearney, and 2150. Kurt Harrison (Russell Reynolds) closed with a keynote on the future of sustainability leadership.
Day two featured insights from leaders at Generali, Siemens, Nokia, TAZA, and Estée Lauder. Sessions explored AI, regenerative agriculture, and sustainability leadership. The day included curated networking activities, a shared gala dinner under the stars, and ended with a keynote from Nancy Mahon on leading beyond ESG.
The last day started with a high-level dialogue on transition plans, regulation, and real-world impact. Sessions followed on gender equity in climate leadership and how storytelling shapes public trust. The day concluded with a powerful reminder that how we communicate climate action is as critical as the action itself.
