You lead on climate. Terras multiplies your impact.

Terras is a global network for senior leaders across business, policy, finance and philanthropy advancing sustainability, climate action, and long-term resilience.

  • Terras is designed for individuals with substantial leadership experience and meaningful responsibility who bring real commitment, professional weight, and the willingness to engage openly across sectors.
  • Membership is selective and designed to protect the quality of the room.

Who we look for

  • C-suite executives and senior leaders in sustainability, climate, mitigation, resilience, or impact strategy  (CSO, SVP, VP, Head of, and equivalent roles)
  • CEOs, CFOs, and Founders building or scaling businesses with a sustainability dimension
  • LPs, GPs & Investors deploying capital toward climate and impact outcomes
  • Policy leaders and government officials shaping climate, trade, or energy regulation
  • Board members with active oversight of sustainability strategy
  • Senior advisors and consultants with deep domain expertise and a track record of influence

Titles vary. What matters is whether you carry real responsibility, make decisions that move the needle, and can contribute meaningfully to the room.

Impact is strongest when values and business align.

Terras is not the right fit for everyone

  • If you’re looking for lead generation, fundraising, or sales, Terras isn’t the right space.
  • If your work doesn't touch sustainability, climate, or ESG in a meaningful way, you'll get more value elsewhere.
  • If you're not willing to engage candidly and off the record, our format won't work for you.

Terras Fellowship

We reserve a small number of memberships for emerging leaders through the Terras Fellowship. Fellows are high-potential professionals earlier in their careers who are already shaping the field and will contribute meaningfully to a senior peer environment.
Membership is by application or invitation. Every applicant is reviewed personally.
