C-suite executives and senior leaders in sustainability, climate, mitigation, resilience, or impact strategy (CSO, SVP, VP, Head of, and equivalent roles)
Policy leaders and government officials shaping climate, trade, or energy regulation
CEOs, CFOs, and Founders building or scaling businesses with a sustainability dimension
Board members with active oversight of sustainability strategy
LPs, GPs, and Investors deploying capital toward climate and impact outcomes
Senior advisors and consultants with deep domain expertise and a track record of influence
Titles vary. What matters is whether you carry real responsibility, make decisions that move the needle, and can contribute meaningfully to the room.

A small number of memberships are reserved for emerging leaders earlier in their careers who are already shaping the field. Fellowship is by application or invitation. Every applicant is reviewed personally.

If your work doesn’t touch sustainability, climate, or ESG in a meaningful way, you’ll get more value elsewhere.

HOW MEMBERS JOIN
Most of our community joins through previous events or referrals from existing members. The remaining places are held for senior leaders new to Terras, and we admit only a small number each year.
