Terras curates invite-only events for sustainability leaders from major corporations, government ministers, and industry pioneers in Europe, the US, and Asia. Our intimate gatherings focus on building meaningful connections, accelerating sustainability transformation, and generating lasting impact.
Your role:
As Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the Founder of Terras and play a central role in shaping the foundation and strategy of the company. This position provides a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of high level event management, strategic partnerships, global community building, and business development.
Your work will directly influence the experience of some of the most senior sustainability leaders in the world.
Your responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan and execute global gatherings with precision, ensuring operational excellence, flawless logistics, and an outstanding attendee experience. Manage vendors, venues, and partners with attention to detail and a focus on discretion and quality.
- Partnership Coordination: Manage sponsorship and media relationships, ensuring value creation while maintaining the integrity of the Terras format. Build trusted long term collaborations that strengthen our global network.
- Marketing & Community Management: Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Develop and manage newsletters, master CRM systems, and nurture a community of senior executives. Maintain and update website content, optimize SEO rankings, and evolve our brand identity.
- Business Development: Work closely with the Founder to expand Terras globally. Identify new opportunities, evaluate venues and event concepts, and drive initiatives that advance both partnerships and global sustainability goals.
Your profile:
- Sharp analytical thinker and self-directed with the ability to thrive with minimal guidance and consistently exceed expectations.
- Academic background from a top university or business school.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with full proficiency in English.
- Based in Berlin, with flexibility to work remotely.
- Experience in marketing, events, or business development is an advantage.
