Your role:

Join Terras as Marketing & Community Lead to build our global brand as the leading platform for sustainability leadership gatherings. You'll drive organic growth, create compelling content, and nurture our community of global sustainability executives. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

Your responsibilities:

• Content & Social Media: Create engaging LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube content; grow our follower base and engagement across all platforms.
• Community Management: Master CRM systems and develop engaging newsletters for our growing community.
• Digital Optimization: Enhance our website performance through SEO, content updates, and technical improvements.
• Brand Development: Evolve our visual identity and expand the global brand awareness.
• Partnership Building: Establish long-term media relationships and strategic backlinks.

Your profile:

• Sharp analytical thinker and self-directed with the ability to thrive with minimal guidance and consistently exceed expectations.
• Marketing expertise with proven track record in organic marketing, content creation, community building, social media, CRM, SEO, and design.
• Quality-focused approach combining data-driven decision making with detail-oriented execution that prioritizes quality over quantity
• Communication and AI proficiency with excellent written and verbal English skills and strategic use of AI tools.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn, Figma, Webflow, and HubSpot is a plus.
