Working Student - CRM & Community Operations
About Terras:
Terras curates invite-only events for sustainability leaders from major corporations, government ministers, and industry pioneers in Europe, the US, and Asia. Our intimate gatherings focus on building meaningful connections, accelerating sustainability transformation, and generating lasting impact.
Your role:
Support Terras' relationship management as our CRM Working Student. You'll maintain our database of global sustainability executives, coordinate communications, and ensure our community stays connected between events. This role offers practical experience in database management and marketing operations while studying.
Your responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Maintain and update contact databases, segment audiences, and ensure data quality across systems
- Email Campaigns: Set up and deploy newsletters, event invitations, and follow-up sequences
- Community Coordination: Facilitate connections between members, coordinate exclusive communication channels, and maintain engagement between events
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor email performance, engagement rates, and growth metrics
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled at a Berlin university (Bachelor's or Master's)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems and email marketing tools
- Excellent written English with professional communication skills
- Understanding of data privacy and GDPR requirements
- Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus
