Working Student - SEO & Content Optimization
About Terras:
Terras curates invite-only events for sustainability leaders from major corporations, government ministers, and industry pioneers in Europe, the US, and Asia. Our intimate gatherings focus on building meaningful connections, accelerating sustainability transformation, and generating lasting impact.
Your role:
Support Terras' digital presence as our SEO Working Student. You'll optimize our website performance, improve search rankings, and ensure our content reaches sustainability leaders globally.
This role offers hands-on experience building a mission-driven brand while studying.
Your responsibilities:
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize meta descriptions, and improve site structure for search performance
- Content Enhancement: Update website copy, create SEO-focused content, and optimize existing pages
- Technical Improvements: Monitor site speed, implement schema markup, and ensure technical SEO best practices
- Analytics & Reporting: Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and provide monthly performance insights
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled at a Berlin university (Bachelor's or Master's)
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website analytics tools
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent written English with a professional tone
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Experience with Figma, Webflow, Ahrefs, or SEMrush is a plus
