Working Student - Social Media
About Terras:
Terras curates invite-only events for sustainability leaders from major corporations, government ministers, and industry pioneers in Europe, the US, and Asia. Our intimate gatherings focus on building meaningful connections, accelerating sustainability transformation, and generating lasting impact.
Your role:
Drive Terras' social media presence as our Social Media Working Student. You'll create compelling content, grow our LinkedIn and Instagram communities, and showcase our events to global sustainability leaders.
This role offers hands-on experience building a mission-driven brand while studying.
Your responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and schedule LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube content that resonates with C-level executives
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and build relationships with our sustainability community
- Visual Design: Create graphics, edit photos, and produce short videos
- Campaign Support: Assist with event promotion, speaker announcements, and partnership content
- Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics and optimize posting strategy based on data
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled at a Berlin university (Bachelor's or Master's)
- Native-level social media fluency, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Strong visual eye and basic design skills
- Excellent written English with a professional tone
- Understanding of B2B social media best practices
- Experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing is a plus
