Anisa Kamadoli Costa is the Chief Sustainability Officer and President & Trustee at Rivian and was a speaker at Terras Tuscany 2025 and Terras New York 2025. As a member of Rivian’s Executive Leadership Team and President & Trustee of the Rivian Foundation, Anisa drives the company’s global sustainability and philanthropic strategy, working closely with internal and external leaders to advance impact priorities. Before joining Rivian, Anisa was the Chief Sustainability Officer at Tiffany & Co. She also serves as a Council Member on the Global Future Council on the Future of Responsible Resource Use at the World Economic Forum, reinforcing her leadership in responsible resource management and corporate climate action.
