Kurt Harrison is the Founder and Co-Head of the Global Sustainability Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, a Guest Lecturer at Georgetown University, and was a speaker at Terras Tuscany and Terras New York. Based in New York, Kurt leads the RRA Mentor program, a structured initiative focused on performance-driven mentoring for CEOs and CFOs. As part of the firm’s Board and CEO Advisory Practice, he has recruited C-suite leaders and board directors for some of the world’s largest global companies for over 17 years. A recognized thought leader on sustainability in the boardroom and C-suite, Kurt’s influential white papers have been featured in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance.
