Founder at Zero Ideas

Simon Glynn is the Founder of Zero Ideas and was a speaker at Terras Tuscany 2024 and Terras Tuscany 2025. Simon leads Zero Ideas, a non-profit organization producing research and analysis that challenges leadership thinking on climate action. He founded the charity out of concern that this critical ‘decade of delivery’ risks becoming merely a ‘decade of disclosure’—with corporate focus on carbon accounting and incremental changes falling short of the radical shifts needed. Zero Ideas’ research defines what a ‘radical realist’ approach to climate action means: setting a bold agenda that matches the scale of the challenge, while staying realistic about what can change in the time we have.
