Elena Zafirova

Elena Zafirova is the Founder and CEO of DIONZ, an impact-driven organization uniting wealth owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and changemakers committed to building a more resilient world. With a career spanning law, finance, and technology, Elena brings a rare combination of analytical rigour and visionary leadership to the sustainability and impact space.

Before founding DIONZ, Elena served on the CEO's leadership team at Palantir Technologies, driving commercial growth and strategy. Prior to that, she was a dual-qualified Senior Wealth Management and Tax Associate at Baker McKenzie and a Senior Wealth Management Consultant at Lombard International Assurance.

At DIONZ, Elena leads a curated community of 80 members and an ecosystem of over 200 supporters united by shared values and a collective pursuit of positive impact. The organization's mission is built on four pillars: self-realization, system change, technology for good, and capital allocation for impact — brought to life through immersive learning experiences, a members community, and the podcast Path | Passion | Purpose by DIONZ.

Elena advises and mentors a select group of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and wealth management organizations, and serves as Ambassador for Verve Ventures. She holds an LL.B from the University of Warwick, an LL.M in International Business and Financial Law from King's College London, and is an alumna of Harvard Business School's Executive Leadership Development Program. She is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to the New York Bar and as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, a certified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), and a certified Kundalini yoga teacher specialising in Leadership and Success.
