
Kurt Harrison is a Senior Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates and a Terras Advisory Board member.
He has joined Terras Tuscany and Terras New York, and is a regular contributor to Terras member calls.
At Russell Reynolds Associates, Kurt is the Founder and Co-Head of the firm's Global Sustainability Practice and the Americas leader for the RRA Mentor program, a structured mentoring programme designed for CEOs and CFOs. Over 18 years at the firm, he has recruited C-suite leaders and board directors for many of its largest global clients, and previously served as Global Head of the Investment Management Practice and Americas Head of Financial Services. Several of his white papers on sustainability and corporate governance have been published in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance.
Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Kurt spent 20 years in capital markets leadership at Lehman Brothers, Bank of America, and Nomura, and began his career at JP Morgan. He holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Virginia and a Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge. Kurt is a Lecturer at the Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Virginia.
