Laura Esposito

Laura Esposito is the Head of Sustainability at TIM and a Terras Tuscany attendee.

At TIM (Telecom Italia), she leads the Group's ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, ESG ratings, and key sustainability initiatives across the organization. Her work spans CSRD reporting in industrial transformation contexts, ESG governance platforms, and the development of new sustainability disclosure models.

Laura brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with roles across marketing, governance, compliance, communication, and digital transformation. She also serves as Impact Manager for TIM's Benefit Corporations and sits on the Board of Valore D, Italy's leading association for inclusive leadership and cultural transformation within organizations.

Laura holds a degree in Economics with honors, has completed two MBA programs, and gained international experience at the University of Warwick. Alongside her career in business, she cultivates a strong interest in conscious leadership, organizational wellbeing, and human development through studies in holistic counseling, meditation, and yoga.
