Lee Pearson is the CEO and Co-Founder of Wovoka, a climate technology company leading mangrove restoration and nature-based carbon projects in the Philippines. With over 15 years of experience in clean energy and decarbonization, Lee specialises in bridging the gap between innovative climate finance and on-the-ground ecosystem restoration across Southeast Asia.

Before founding Wovoka, Lee served as Investment Director and Head of Market Research at SE Ventures and held board roles including at Natel Energy. He holds an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from Imperial College London.
Lee is a vocal advocate for scaling nature-based solutions to close Asia's estimated $1.1 trillion annual climate investment gap. His work focuses on carbon markets, blue carbon, mangrove ecosystems, and aligning investor incentives with measurable environmental impact.
Lee is based in the Philippines and attended Terras Tuscany as part of the gathering's focus on connecting sustainability leaders across business, finance, and policy.
