With over a decade of experience driving responsible business transformation, Maggie specialises in the intersection of sustainability strategy, ESG data and reporting, and profitable innovation for global consumer brands.
Before joining L'Oréal, Maggie led the development of the Responsible Retail practice at Accenture, advising fashion, consumer goods, and food and beverage companies on sustainability strategy and operational innovation.
She also played a central role in the Responsible Business Coalition, the fashion industry's sole CEO working group representing 47 executives, 275+ brands, and $360 billion in revenue, where she helped launch Fashion Makes Change, a sponsored project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors.

Maggie's career spans sustainability consulting, higher education, and brand strategy, with experience across organisations including Accenture, the Global Center New York City, and Kenneth Cole.
