Nancy Mahon

Nancy Mahon is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Estée Lauder Companies, President of the Estée Lauder Companies Charitable Foundation, and a Terras Advisory Board member.
She has joined Terras Tuscany and Terras New York, and is a regular contributor to Terras member calls.

With over a decade leading sustainability at the highest level, Nancy has shaped Estée Lauder Companies' sustainability strategy across climate, product, supply chain, social impact, and philanthropy.

She built and leads a global, interdisciplinary team of 65, advancing the company's work across the CPG and luxury sectors and engaging audiences on equity, supply chain traceability, impact investing, and Scope 3 emissions.Beyond her corporate role, Nancy serves as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Member at TPG Pace Beneficial Finance, and was previously Chairperson of the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS.
