At Terras, she led the “Sustainability Leadership Masterclass” and joined a panel on “Scope 3 Decarbonization.” As Chief Sustainability Officer at Estée Lauder, Nancy brings over a decade of experience advancing ESG strategy and governance, strengthening the company’s sustainability performance and reputation in the CPG and luxury sectors. She built and leads a global, interdisciplinary ESG team of 65 practitioners with a $45M budget, driving innovation across climate action, product sustainability, social impact, ESG reporting, and philanthropy.
