Neha Manaktala is a Terras New York attendee and a global investment and innovation leader with over 20 years of experience spanning climate technology, fintech, venture capital, private equity, and investment banking. She currently leads initiatives at JPMorgan's Corporate & Investment Bank focused on climate tech, fintech, and deep technology investments, working at the intersection of financial markets, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

Her work centers on identifying and scaling frontier technologies reshaping financial systems and real-world infrastructure - including AI, carbon markets, sustainable energy systems, climate data, and digital financial infrastructure. She collaborates with founders, venture funds, corporates, and internal teams to originate investments, launch strategic partnerships, and develop innovation initiatives across the global ecosystem.

Over her career, Neha has worked across venture capital, private equity, and investment banking, including roles at Morgan Stanley, Actis, and Lehman Brothers, and previously co-founded a financial data and analytics company.
