Raffaella Loncao is the Founder of On This Planet, a Leadership and Culture Advisory dedicated to positive impact. Drawing on two decades of senior leadership at some of the world's most iconic luxury maisons — Gucci, Saint Laurent, Boucheron anf Tiffany & Co., most recently as Chief People Officer — she brings rare depth to the work of building organisations that perform and endure.

Having lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, Raffaella brings a genuinely global perspective to leadership and culture. A certified Executive Coach from INSEAD, she also sits on the Advisory Board of Women in Sustainable Luxury.

Her work is grounded in a simple but powerful conviction: the way we lead, and the cultures we build, create an impact that extends far beyond the walls of any organisation.

Born and raised near Venice, between the Adriatic Sea and the Venetian Lagoon, she has a lifelong connection with the sea.
