Raffaella Loncao

Raffaella Loncao is a Terras member and the Founder of On This Planet. She began her career on the shopfloor as a Sales Assistant. At 39, she joined an executive board as Chief People Officer, having spent two decades leading the People function across some of the most iconic Houses in global luxury: Gucci, Saint Laurent, Boucheron, and Tiffany & Co.

During those years, she lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region, an experience that deepened her understanding of culture in the broadest sense.

A certified coach from INSEAD, Raffaella, sits on the Advisory Board of Women in Sustainable Luxury.

Her work is driven by purpose and the belief that the way we lead and the cultures we build have an impact that extends far beyond the walls of an organization.

Born and raised near Venice, between the Adriatic Sea and the Venetian Lagoon, she has a lifelong connection with the sea.
