She is an award-winning founder at the intersection of climate resilience, technology, and social impact, Susan has spent her career building scalable systems that drive meaningful change.

Prior to Tessi, Susan founded WeSpire, a pioneering employee experience and behaviour-change platform that helped organisations activate their workforces around sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and social impact. WeSpire was adopted by more than 100 global enterprises, earned multiple industry awards including Fast Company's World Changing Ideas, and was acquired by Bonterra in 2023.

Susan has been named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year, an Environmental Leader 100 honouree, and one of the Meaningful Business 100. Beyond her operating roles, she advises venture funds and serves on several boards.
